We recently used Chris Johannsen to build a design for our new house, including patio, deck, paths and gardens, and could not be happier. Chris listened to our initial thoughts and helped guide us to the final design, and it was clear from the beginning that he really knows this business. Using digital tools, he was able to provide a concept in very short time, and made adjustments almost instantly. Chris also incorporated the specific topography of our lot as well as our house plans so we were able to see how the elevation and house placement impacted the design. The 360 panning and overhead views were invaluable, and all concept pictures were posted in one easily accessed folder. And all of this for a reasonable price. When we started, Chris noted that one avoided mistake could easily pay for his fees, and in our case that proved true. He identified something we could have missed in the deck design, and by making a change with the builder we have a much more efficient layout. Highly recommended.
