Project Description:
This 3d design plan we completed in Powhatan, VA features a modern geometric pool, spa, and outdoor living area. The Jevsevar family was looking for a stylish and unique outdoor retreat and this backyard hits all the right notes for the homeowner. The pool and spa feature clean lines. A perimeter overflow on the pool creates a stunning visual effect. The swimming pool is designed with steps leading down to a covered conversation area, complete with comfortable seating and an entertainment area. In addition to the conversation and entertaining area, the backyard design included a gym area that is covered and enclosed for privacy. This area featured exercise equipment and a built-in sound system.
