Our Design Process

Step 1: Phone Interview

Your pool design or outdoor living concept starts with a phone interview to see if we are a good fit, and go over the project so we can agree on the scope of the work. Getting to know the general outline of the project, what you’re looking for, and how we can best help is a great place to start from.

Step 2: On-site Meeting

We can meet on-site to go over the project in depth. Here is where we will discover all your needs and wishes. We will discuss elements and materials that you may want to incorporate in the project. We will also discuss budget.  After agreeing on the scope we will take photos of the house, detailed measurements, and map out the topography of your yard.

Step 3: Design Review

Here we have the choice of meeting at our office or your home. Here we will review the project with a fly through video and then walk through the project. Our goal here is to see if we are heading in the correct direction. The next step would be material selection.

Step 4: Final Design Composition

After any necessary changes are made and you are thrilled with your design, we will get you all the pictures, remake the video to the current plan, and get you 2D plans with measurements. We will also give you a list of recommended contractors who we have worked with in the past and believe to be best to get the job done. Now you are ready to start building!

Coming Up With a Design

After meeting onsite with our designers, we will start creating your pool design, landscape design, front yard, backyard & patio design, or a combination of all three. We will request that you send us any inspiring photos you see on the internet or in magazines. This is the time to be descriptive about what you like about the elements of those project. This will give us a sense of your unique taste and style.
